Craig Castle began his career over twenty years ago working in the family owned diamond and precious gemstone business. He was educated in the study of diamonds with emphasis on grading and definition using a variety of GIA laboratory equipment. Over time, his responsibilities increased and eventually he oversaw the entire operation, which resulted in a multi million dollar company spanning South Florida and Southern California.

During the Nineties, having a fascination with technology, he transitioned into the high tech sector where he spent ten years involved with network infrastructure, software development, and operating systems. He worked closely with the medical, legal, real estate and retail industries. After the markets' tumultuous transformation that led to the burst of the dot com bubble, Mr. Castle's entrepreneurial spirit sent him in the direction of corporate banking and commercial lending. He began his financial career as a senior business banker with Fleet bank of Boston, which was acquired by Bank of America. During his tenure as a generalist, he lectured SBA workshops consulted start-ups and (SME) Small Medium Enterprise.

Upon his departure from Bofa he joined the Royal bank of Canada and held title of vice president of private bank and later promoted to vice president of commercial business banking. He has worked within foreign currency and treasury where he provided risk management in concert with market analysis and global payment execution of forward and short forward contracts to middle-market companies.

Mr. Castle's portfolio has encompassed various industries and he has consulted well-known companies throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. He has presented proposals to CEO, CFO and COO level executives like Toronto's leading department store Holt Renfrew, electronic printer giant Star Micronics and Japan's respected Kikkoman International.
