Craig Castle began his career over twenty years ago working in the family owned diamond and precious gemstone business. He was educated in the study of diamonds with emphasis on grading and definition using a variety of (GIA) Gemological Institute of America laboratory equipment. Over time, his responsibilities increased and eventually he oversaw the entire operation, spanning South Florida and Southern California.

During the Nineties, having a fascination with technology, he transitioned into the high tech sector where he spent ten years involved with network infrastructure, software development, and operating systems. He worked closely with the medical, legal, real estate and retail industries. After the markets' tumultuous transformation that led to the burst of the dot com bubble, Mr. Castle's entrepreneurial spirit sent him in the direction of corporate banking and commercial lending. He began his financial career as a senior business banker with Fleet bank of Boston, which was acquired by Bank of America. During his tenure as a generalist, he lectured SBA workshops consulted start-ups and (SME) Small Medium Enterprise.

Upon his departure from Bofa he joined the Royal bank of Canada and held title of vice president of private bank and later promoted to vice president of commercial business banking. He has worked within foreign currency and treasury where he provided risk management in concert with market analysis and global payment execution of forward and short forward contracts to middle-market companies.

Mr. Castle is global business specialist and expert contract negotiator with a core understanding of corporate models that drive revenue, sustain growth, and anchor loyal customer retention. With a client-centric approach that is world-class, he forges win-win outcomes with C-level decisions makers and strategic centers of influence. His current portfolio encompasses various industries such as: manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, retail and service related sectors.

He consults companies throughout North America, assisting CEO, CFO and COO level executives who seek direction in areas of trade finance, receivables insurance, working capital, venture capital, business development, strategic partnerships and restructuring. He helps to stabilize, grow and scale their businesses profitably.  

Since his departure from the banking industry, Mr. Castle established Stratacus business advisors and offers his expertise and services to companies and individuals alike. He has cultivated a significant network of trusted professionals spanning the legal, accounting and financial sectors. He is a licensed property & casualty broker and certified business specialist with formal credit training through the (RMA) Risk Management Association.
